Friendly and cheery

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kelly and Amy were extremely helpful with the ordering process and were always friendly and cheery in the way they dealt with you. Gary delivered the tub, and made what appeared a difficult job look easy. The service of taking the tub to where you want it and going through everything is really worth the extra cost in my opinion. He even helped me lift my coal bunker into the garage before he left!!

The hot tub is beautiful!

We had our hot tub delivered today and we couldn’t be happier. Gary and his son Ben delivered and installed the hot tub for us and they were absolutely brilliant, it was well worth paying the extra. They are so knowledgeable and helpful and had the hot tub installed in no time even with our garden being difficult to access. The customer service from initial inquiry to set up was second to none and the hot tub is beautiful!

The quality is incredible

Truly immaculate service and really amazing hot tub... I have been so impressed from beginning to end and the quality of the tub is incredible. We are over the moon and royal tubs have held our hands through the whole things making sure we got a tub that worked perfectly in our space/ and for our needs etc. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Excellent advice, service and support from Andrew. Our log fired hot tub is outstanding and we love it, hidden in our garden! We wanted a portable filter and advice about treatment of the hot tub and Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery not the easiest due to location but Simon was great helping us into the garden with it. The whole family are enjoying it!

Spectacularly good

We looked at a number of hot tub suppliers and chose Royal Tubs because they are UK based and we wouldn't incur any Brexit tariffs. Plus their tubs looked spectacularly good.
